EasyBazaar Private Limited is a company registered in Pakistan. We operate as an online marketplace where buyers can purchase products and sellers can list and sell products. We are not a payment gateway but hold payments securely until delivery is confirmed.
2. Personal Data We Collect
We collect only the data necessary to provide our Services:
Buyers
- At signup: Email, phone number, password.
- At checkout/delivery: Full delivery address, phone number, name.
- Optional: Profile photo or other details you add.
Sellers
- Store name, individual or company status.
- CNIC (or passport for non-residents).
- Bank account details (for payouts).
- NTN/tax number (for tax compliance).
- Warehouse/pickup address.
- Logo or business documents (if applicable).
Automatic Data (when you use the Platform)
- Device info (type, browser, IP address).
- Usage events (views, add to cart, searches, purchases).
- Approximate location (for delivery or deals).
- Cookies & tracking (limited, for ads and personalization).
We do not collect unnecessary personal photos, contacts, or private messages unless you upload them voluntarily.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data only for:
- Processing orders, deliveries, and payments (hold until confirmed).
- Preventing fraud and scams (very important for trust).
- Training our AI to improve recommendations and shopping experience (privacy-safe, anonymized where possible).
- Sending marketing notifications, emails, or SMS (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- Analytics to understand user satisfaction and improve the Platform.
- Help center & support quality (ticket ratings, response times).
- Detecting fake products/reviews and taking action.

4. Who We Share Your Data With

- Delivery partners (e.g., TCS, Leopard) — only name, phone, address for delivery. They cannot use it for anything else (legal action if misused).
- Payment gateways — only for processing transactions (limited & secure).
- Government/law enforcement — only if required by law and after verifying the request (serious cases like illegal activity).
No marketing agencies, no random third parties, no international sharing (data stays in Pakistan).
5. Where Your Data is Stored
All your data is stored securely in Pakistan (our databases and encrypted backups). We do not transfer data outside Pakistan at this time. If we ever do in the future, we will inform you and follow strict international standards.
6. How We Protect Your Data
We take security very seriously:
- Encryption (TLS/SSL for all connections).
- One-way hashing for sensitive data.
- Firewalls and access controls (only authorized team members).
- Regular security checks and audits.

7. Your Rights

- Withdraw/Delete: Email us at dataprotectiondepartment@easybazaar.pk to request deletion or withdrawal of consent. We respond within 3 working days (maximum 14 working days).
- Marketing: Unsubscribe from emails/SMS/notifications anytime via settings or links in messages.
We will honor your request unless required by law to keep some records (e.g., tax orders).
8. Minors (Under 18)
We allow minors to create buyer accounts and shop. However:
- For 18+ restricted products (e.g., condoms, certain items), we require age confirmation during checkout.
- Delivery (COD or bank) usually needs parental/guardian presence.
- Sellers must be 18+ and provide CNIC/passport.
No deep age verification, but we follow basic checks like other platforms.
9. Data Retention
We keep data only as long as needed:
- Order/transaction records: Minimum 7 years (for tax, accounting, legal reasons).
- Active accounts: As long as account is active.
- Inactive accounts: Up to 2 years, then anonymized or deleted.
- Marketing data: Until you unsubscribe.
- Support tickets/logs: Limited time for quality improvement, then deleted.
- Security/fraud logs: Short period for protection.
When purpose ends, we safely delete or anonymize.

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will try our best to inform you via:
