Marketplace Seller Agreement

General Terms

1. Scope

EasyBazaar operates an online marketplace facilitating e-commerce transactions. The Seller appoints EasyBazaar as its commission agent. EasyBazaar’s role is limited to referring Customers, accepting orders, and providing optional logistics/marketing services. The sale contract is exclusively between the Seller and the Customer.

2. Interpretation & Definitions

• Fulfillment Models: Dropship or Fulfilled by EasyBazaar (FBE).
• Handling Time: The window from order receipt to dispatch.
• Listed Price: The price set by the Seller, including all applicable taxes.
• Platform: Includes the website (easybazaar.pk) and the Seller App.

3. Access to Platform

Sellers are responsible for account security and maintaining updated bank/contact information. Completion of the mandatory training module is required before active operations begin.

4. Featuring Products

EasyBazaar features products at the Listed Price. We reserve the right to manage product placement, ranking, and removal at our discretion to ensure platform quality.

5. Seller Performance

Performance is tracked via SLA compliance, return rates, and customer feedback. Poor performance may lead to account suspension or liquidated damages.

6. Commission & Payments

EasyBazaar charges a commission based on the category schedule. Payouts are processed 7 Business Days after successful delivery, minus applicable fees and taxes. In cases of fraud investigation, payments may be held for up to 90 days.

7. Warranties & IP

The Seller warrants that all products are genuine, legal, and do not infringe on any third-party Intellectual Property rights. Use of forced or child labor is strictly prohibited.

Legal Provisions

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Sellers must comply with PECA 2016. Customer data is strictly for fulfillment purposes and must never be used for independent marketing without consent.

9. Indemnification & Liability

The Seller indemnifies EasyBazaar against all claims arising from product defects or legal violations. EasyBazaar’s liability is capped at the total commissions paid by the Seller in the preceding 6 months.

10. Termination

This agreement is indefinite. Sellers may terminate with 30 days' notice. EasyBazaar may terminate immediately for breaches involving fraud or IP infringement.

Fulfillment & Returns

Dropship: Seller manages inventory and packaging.
FBE: EasyBazaar manages storage and shipping for a fee.
